Introducing Blockreward V2
After months of development, we are incredibly excited to announce the launch of Blockreward V2!
V2 aims to improve the user experience and make earning rewards in crypto easier. Let us dive in to review the latest updates and changes we have implemented.
Rebranding
- New logo and brand colours.
- Refreshed landing page.
- Updated marketing messages and graphics to highlight the value that Blockreward provides.
- Updated internal point system name from blocks (b) to reward points (RP).
Mobile first design
With over 40% of our users accessing Blockreward from their mobile devices, we understood the importance of designing a platform with a user interface of a native mobile app, yet works seamlessly across any browser or operating system.
Hence, this led us to rethink and redesign our entire user interface with a mobile first approach. It is now easier, faster and more enjoyable to use Blockreward from your mobile device.
New onboarding flow, Quests and Leaderboard
Onboarding flow
In order to help new users get started, we have added a series of onboarding tasks that will guide users through the various features of Blockreward. New users have 14 days to complete the onboarding and will be rewarded for each completed task.
Quests
4 new quests have been added to encourage users to achieve specific milestones and receive extra bonuses. In addition, all quests (except for activity quests) are now progressive, which means that new milestones and higher bonuses will be unlocked as you meet each quest requirement.
Leaderboard
A new “Tasks completed” leaderboard has been added. This leaderboard rewards the top 10 users every week with the highest number of tasks completed.
Updated Level and Referral system
Level
A new level has been added to encourage continual progress. The existing level names, requirements, and bonuses have been updated to better reward and recognise users who unlock each level.
Referral
The referral bonus has been increased together with the addition of a new referral milestone in order to reward users who actively invite their friends to Blockreward. In addition, users can now easily track all their referrals.
Improved tracking and support for apps
One of the major issues users faced with apps was the lack of proper tracking and support. From the Apps page, users can now click on the history icon (at the top right hand corner) to track all their apps activity and easily contact our advertising partner’s support in the event of missing credit.
Bonus Sunday
#FreeCryptoFridays is now Bonus Sunday. In order to encourage more activity over the weekends, we have decided to give away free RP every Sunday instead. This comes with a few exciting changes:
- No more missed opportunities: a code will be shared every Sunday at 00:00 (UTC+8) that is valid for 24 hours.
- Increased bonus RP: each code has no fixed value and users can get up to 100 RP.
- No limits: each code can be redeemed by unlimited number of users within the 24 hours timeframe.
[Coming soon] Revamped Videos section
Users will soon be able to watch videos directly on Blockreward and get rewarded for it, without the need to use an external video partner site. Access a huge library of videos across various categories all from the comfort of Blockreward. This streamlines the earning experience and removes any crediting or linking issues with the external video partner.
The revamped videos section should go live within the next 1–2 months. Keep a look out on our social media for its launch.
Important notes
- All earn and redemption history prior to V2 will not be shown.
- All pending tasks prior to V2 received a one time waiver and have been credited.
- User’s existing level will remain the same. However, users will need to meet the updated requirements to unlock the next level.
- Offers section removed and merged with the various earn options to provide a consistent experience.
With the rising interest in crypto, we will continue to develop new ways for anyone to easily earn rewards in crypto while ensuring the best possible experience.
